Shaunda is a Simple, Effective, and Mindful Coach with 6 years of experience as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor.  She focuses on the basics of effective programming while being mindful of a client's schedule and other life priorities.  Being a Wife, Mother, Daughter, Aunt, and Friend she understands first hand the balancing act that must ensue to be successful in your wellness journey.
